Hi there!

We have an exciting presentation coming up on 3/18 titled, "A Better Night's Sleep: An Introduction to CBT for Insomnia" by Erin Shadle, LCSW. This qualifies for one hour of Category B credit for psychologists. 

Presentation will cover an overview of insomnia, description of the three components of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, alternative and adjunctive treatments, and time for questions.

The location will be on campus at UNC-A, though specific room number is still TBD. That will be shared with you as soon as we find out.
